I became a therapist because I spent years feeling like I was "too much." Too sensitive. Too intense. Too many interests. My ADHD brain never picked just one path.

That experience of not fitting into neat boxes? It shaped everything about how I practice therapy today. I was told I couldn’t be good at anything unless I focused on one path only, and I internalized that deeply, leading to years of shame and self-doubt. But you don’t have to!.
