ADHD Therapy
That Actually Works

Stop trying to fit into neurotypical systems. Build ones that work for your brain.

If you're exhausted from trying to function in a world that wasn't built for how you think, you're in the right place. Whether you were diagnosed yesterday or decades ago, we'll develop strategies that honor your ADHD brain instead of fighting it.

When Everything Feels Impossible

Does this sound familiar?

Starting tasks feels like climbing Mount Everest

You're brilliant but can't show it consistently

Time blindness makes you chronically late or anxiously early

Rejection feels like a physical wound that won't heal

You're exhausted from masking all day

Your emotions go from 0 to 100 with no in-between

You have 47 half-finished projects calling your name

"Simple" tasks like making appointments feel overwhelming

You excel in crisis but struggle with daily routines

Your Brain Isn't Broken

ADHD isn't a deficit of attention, it’s a difference in the way your brain regulates it. Your brain isn't lazy, damaged, or weak. It's wired differently.

That hyperfocus that makes you forget to eat? That's the same intensity that helps you master complex subjects overnight. That rejection sensitivity? It comes with deep empathy and emotional intelligence. That restlessness? It's also what drives your creativity and innovation.

Your struggles are real, and they're not character flaws. You're not failing at being neurotypical, you're succeeding at being neurodivergent in a world that doesn't accommodate difference.

My Approach to ADHD Support

Executive function strategies icon

Practical Executive Function Strategies

We'll build systems that work with ADHD, not against it. Visual reminders, body doubling techniques, and time management tools designed for time-blind brains. No more neurotypical productivity advice that makes you feel worse.

Rejection sensitive dysphoria tools icon

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria Tools

Learn to recognize RSD spirals before they consume you. Develop self-compassion practices that actually penetrate the shame. Build emotional regulation skills that don't require you to be someone else.

Medication coordination icon

Medication Support and Coordination

Judgment-free discussion about medication options. Help communicating with prescribers about what's working and what's not. Strategies for remembering meds (yes, the irony isn't lost on me).

Unmasking safe spaces icon

Unmasking in Safe Spaces

Explore who you are when you're not performing neurotypicality. Identify which masks serve you and which ones are killing you slowly. Practice being authentically ADHD in relationships that matter.

Leveraging ADHD Strengths

Harness hyperfocus for your goals, not just random Wikipedia rabbitholes. Channel creative thinking into problem-solving. Use your intensity as the superpower it is.

Why I'm Different

As someone with ADHD myself and specialized certification in ADHD treatment, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to our work. I won't give you neurotypical advice with a smile. I won't tell you to "just try harder" or "use a planner" (though if planners work for you, amazing!).

I understand the shame of losing things constantly. The frustration of being labeled "so much potential" your whole life. The exhaustion of translating your thoughts into neurotypical-speak all day.

You don't need another person telling you what's wrong with you. You need someone who sees your brain as different, not deficient.

Ready to Work WITH Your ADHD Brain?

You've probably tried everything; apps, planners, accountability buddies, shame spirals. Maybe some things helped temporarily. Maybe nothing stuck.

That's not your fault. You've been given neurotypical tools for a neurodivergent brain.

It's time for strategies that actually match how you think.
