Research Notes

Research Notes

From time to time I come across a study worth sitting with — something that adds real texture to how I think about ADHD, anxiety, rejection sensitivity, or the other patterns I work with in session.

These aren’t full essays. Each note points to a specific study, pulls out what’s actually useful, and adds some clinical context — usually a few minutes’ reading.

Research Notes is one of three places I write here.
